Other good ones. Also, note that stance 5 is either Moonkin or Tree of Life. If you have neither, you have no stance 5.

Go to cat form and then cast track humanoids.

Track humanoids is passive now and automatic.

It hasn't seemed to be that way for me all the time. If I had it active the last time I was in cat, it pops right up. If I had Track Herbs up when I was in cat, it doesn't put track humanoids on for me when I go into cat. In those cases, I have to hit my cat macro one more time to get humanoid tracking up again.
