So you have a custom UI, but that open GM ticket window seems to be in the way. Isn't there any way to move it somewhere unobtrusive? Check out Golden Ticket. This is an LDB plugin that allows you to show your ticket status in whichever LDB display you prefer to use. If you have no LDB display installed, fear not, you can use the minimap button instead.
