Well, the author of this addon has compiled a database of all tradeskill recipes, and given you a way to make a list of everything you know. Merely install the PublishMySkills addon, follow the instructions and let it work its magic, then paste the looong link it gives you (on its in-game window) into your web browser. What it gives back is a page like this one: http://wow.referencethis.com/trade/T...nchanting.html - which you can then put in your signature on your guild forums or hand out to your friends.
