Help: trying to move UI frames...

Hello all!

First, a bit of background. I play WoW on several different computers, and I hate having to set up my UI over and over. So, instead of using MoveAnything, I've written a personal mod that moves stuff to the postion I want them to be in. But I have two problems:

1) I've moved the micro buttons to the right side of the screen, arranged vertically. They all play nice EXCEPT the Quest Log button! That one stays to the right of the Tallent button no matter what I tell it to do.

2) I'm using the standard action bar, moved to the left of the screen, with the all of the graphics hidden. This works great; when my druid shape shifts, I get the action bar for that shape, when a rogue goes stealth, I get the stealth bar, etc. But when I play a warrior, the action buttons are hosed beyond belief. only button 1 and 2 work with hot-keys, despite the fact that the hotkeys are set up correctly, and the stances are messed up.
