Not arguing that. Just saying that if it's a small thing it just isn't worth it. Now if I lost 1k of gold, I'd be complaining; but you can make hundreds pretty fast off daily quests and some farming. Think how long your ticket would be in queue for the important stuff, because the GM's are too busy helping 20,000 players that misplaced 10g.

they can't track something that gets lost from the server.
