Casting bar problem

Somehow my cast bar has be move and I can't reset it back. I has been moved to the left side of my screen and leave a box under it as I cast. I try to right click it to unlock it and move it back to where I want it but it just resets back to the left side, even after I lock it back in place. Anybody else have this problem?

right-click it? If you're using the Quartz castbar option in Mazzle, type /quartz

Right clicking it unlocks it, I move it to where it needs to be and lock it back. Once it goes away and I cast something else, it is back on the left side of the screen.
