Red Flash

I was wondering if there was a way to turn off the red flash when I get attacked. I'm pretty sure there is and am hoping this is an easy question..

The red flash is from the original Blizzard UI. When patch 2.3.2 goes live there should be an option to turn it of.

except with mazzle it is a mod not the blizzard UI. I believe.

If you're talking about the bottom panel (where the action bars, minimap, etc is located) turning red when you gain aggro, go into the MazzleUI options menu (click the circled 'M' underneath the MazzleUI logo). Click the Options button, and click on MazzleUI Notifications. That'll allow you to change the aggro color change of the bottom panel.
