Okay at the moment this is my UI

I'd suggest you take a look at "Sunn Viewport Art".

Sunn is a good viewport addon. I'd also suggest you look at EEPanels, which is quite flexible.

And as I just went to grab you the link to it, I noticed that EEPanels2 has been released. Some nice updates.

note that eePanels2 is still in beta (was just released yesterday) and still may have bugs, though EE's working quickly to smash them whenever they pop up.

edit: also note that setting from the original eePanels will not transfer over into the new eePanels2.

No... or at least I don't now of any similar addons using less memory than SVA.
