Unreal Crit Sounds

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows of a mod (preferably one that attaches to fubar) that plays one of the random unreal tournament sounds when you crit. If you don't know what i mean by the unreal sounds ("HEAD SHOT!" "DOMINATING!" etc.) then I could post them. And if nobody knows of a mod like this around, would it be possible for some1 to make it??? It would be greatly appreciated and I think it would make a fun mod.
