What is this called and how do I move it?

Just got MazzleUI and am blown away by how amazing the interface is. However I have one small problem that I can't solve. In the screenshot below you'll see an arrow pointing to a small area that appears when I mouse over a target. It used to appear under the pointer but now it's stuck at the left side of the screen. What is it called and how can I get it back to the mouse pointers location?

That's a tooltip
type /tinytip
A menu will pop up
choose: Anchoring, Unit Anchor, then select (0) Cursor
As you will see, the current setting is on (0) Games Default..

Might also try out the toggle of Display Compact Tooltip, and Smooth Border

In your screenshot, it's anchored to Left, not default. But I don't need to say that I guess...
