Breath Bar Mod ?

Are there any mods out there that give the ability to move the bar that shows things like your remaining breath when underwater and the spirit healer text?

It's the one thing I've not managed to find a mod for and it currently lives in possibly the most annoying position available.

I'm new to wow, so excuse me if I've missed it in my search, this may possibly be due to the fact that I have no idea currently what the corect name of that particular bar is.

If there isn't then I'm be eternally grateful for anyone that could bang this out quick like ninja!

Been awhile since I used it, but if memory serves me, eCastingBar (or otravi_CastingBar as an alternative) might let you move the breath bar...
