Casting bar - how can I move it?

How can I move the casting bar to another place? I now would like to place the sphere of Necrosis in the middle of my screen, right above my xp-bar. But whenever I cast something, this casting bar goes right over my sphere.
It's actually not a big problem, just a thing, that hurts my eyes...
