spellbook mod for TWW

is anyone redesigning the spellbook for TWW?
the reworked spellbook/skill UI by blizz takes up the whole screen, cant be moved, even in its minimized form still takes up 60% of the screen
i'm not sure how to improve it, other than to bring back the old design, the search feature is useful though.
