Where in the world is InterfaceOptionsFramePanelContainer?
Title says it all (mostly), but looking at the source for classic, I cannot seem to find where this frame is defined, yet everything in `InterfaceOptionsPanels.xml` references it as parent.

As you can see I am missing a warrior

And .. I don't have all the allied races covered. Time Runner time when it happens again
