In which cases would fake statusbar be used?
Hi all,
The title might sound super odd.
What I meant was I've seen some oUF layouts building a custom texture widget on top of the statusbar instead of directly setting a texture to frame itself.
I have an old example from zork, oUF_Doom, which does this to create a horizontally flipped unitframe for target. But my question is what other reasons would be there to do so?
At first, I thought it was to apply those non-rectangular shaped art on unitframe, but my parallelogram shaped texture did work perfectly well on statusbar object, directly.
Any ideas, please?
