Cooldown textures can stop working
If you use a cooldown frame and some how change the scale of the frame. It'll prevent the cooldown clockface animation from working.
You can reproduce this by using the rune bar. Then change the scale of your UI. Now the rune bar cooldowns shouldn't work anymore. Long as a reload UI didn't happen.
A crazy work around to this is to create an animation group alpha that doesn't do anything. Then play
it each time your mod is about to do a cooldown.
Far as I know outside of the AG workaround. There's no way to fix it without reloading the UI.
