Unit frames numbers and action bars

How do I disable the range and threat next to the target frame and also the numbers on the player frame that are on the same place as where the range and threat are on the target frame. I don't know what these numbers are and I don't like them and want to disable them.

I also want to know why my action bars dont' show and why the action bar configuration button is grayed out and I cant press it.

I also want to know what addon is making every frame movable, cause it bugged out on me and I wasn't able to edit raid groups while I was raid leading and I don't know what it is or what caused the bug.
