Weak auras help

Hi, Im looking for some help with weak auras.

I've already made an string for tracking my synapse springs for when it's off CD. But want I want is something that tells me when there is 5seconds left on the CD and come up with a warning.
I haven't been able to find a string/help for what Im seeking so I thought this was a good place to ask.
Im guessing to make this I'll have to set up a custome string for it?

Any help would be appreciated.

Your best bet is for a separate aura top of that aura
so:
Type: Status
Status: Cooldown Progress(Item)
Item: Item name ( gloves? )
Remaining Time < time e.g 5

That should work but I don't have any engineers so do try

Shouldn't need a separate aura, just add the remaining time to the trigger
