RealUI Bartender bars "vanishing"

I've recently successfully installed the realui interface. Got it working perfectly. Until I switched characters. now when switching between characters the BT bars just "vanish". Now I know they haven't been moved off screen because when you press "unlock" they show up where they are supposed to be highlighted green.

I've looked through all the settings, even changed the alpha settings on BT but still nothing.

Driving me crazy now, getting to the point of uninstalling it and going back to my previous UI.

If anyone can shed any light on the situation would be great.

The bars are set to fade when you don't have a target, or focus, and when you're not in a group. You can hit Ctrl to show them, or remove the custom conditionals that are set.

/BT > bars 1-3 I think > Visibility tab > uncheck use Custom Condition near the bottom and they should appear at all times.
