Which interface is this?

I saw a video at zdnet about CEOs playing wow and on this guys interface he has bars that surrond the current target with hp and stuff. You have to watch a bit of the video but I hope someone can tell me which one it is.

FOR SOME REASON THAT MOD IS AMAZING TO ME, IT MAKES IT SEEM MORE LIKE A CONSOLE GAME. DON'T PLAY EM MUCH BUT IT WOULD REALLY MAKE IT EASIER TO MONITOR HEALTH AND MANA/RAGE
