Tripping the Rifts location for getting achievement

Wowhead has locations that have been discovered-- anyone have or know of a map addon that has been used to mark these in-game?

You can use tom tom. Or any waypoint type addon.

ok -do you know where a list of coords is for those points ? are they hidden in wowhead somewhere?

And just incase you didn't know you can take the cords 43.5 33.6 and put them in tomtom with
/way 43.5 33.6
Now keep in mind that if you are in Shatt and put those cords in then go to Hellfire it will not work you Will have to put them again.
You can get around this by doing
/way Hellfire 43.5 33.6

It will add the cords to the hellfire map make sure to use fill zone name though.
