Disabling shift-moving spells with bongos.

I use bongos and I lock it with the options menu (/bg), but when I hold shift it temporally disables the lock and it drags the spells. I am not using any other bar mods. I saw the thread Here but I don't have discord action bars. I am kind of lost here and this messes me up a lot . Any ideas?

To my knowledge and Tuller if he sees this can confirm, but the bar lock is overidden by holding the shift key down. Bar lock is simply to prevent dragging by just clicking on the button. I would say this is working as intended. As to preventing the shift move I don't think that is possible at this time.
