Predicted health bar not always showing

Predicted health bar is acting strangely for me.

Sometimes it never appears. Sometimes it doesn't disappear for some time after a spell has finished casting. Sometimes it disappears before the spell has finished casting.

Now i normally run with ~200ms, so that might be an issue, but is there anything i can do about it?
