Item Count (no addon like this)

I got an idea for a addon..

I have been looking for a addon that can count any item(s)
in a neat little window.
Here are some ideas I have for it:
- Count more then 1 item (max 10 or something).
- Movable Windows (+ lockable).
- Set a "max" limit (not really a limit), so you know when you have enough stuff for something. For ex. "Light Leather 54/75".
- Adjust background transparency (+ border).
- On-screen (where the "Target is out of range" etc text comes up) alert when a certain amount is reached.
- Possibility to include stuff you have in your bank.

Just a few. Would be great if someone could take on this addon.

Note: I have searched on all interface sites after something like this but haven't found anything.

(My experience with this addon is that it slowed my interface down considerably, and so I do not use it.)
