Debuff customization

Hey. I've been looking through dozens of addons, but still my problem is not handled, which is:
1. Debuffs and/or buffs frames should be same as blizzard ones (or close to it), but a) movable b) customizable
2. Addon needs to work FAST

The one and only addon that comes close to it is SBF, but it works sooooo slooooowww, I mean sometimes rogue's blind appears in its debuff frame like 3-4 seconds after it was applied.

Or maybe someone can tell me addon that can handle such an easy things.

P.S. I won't use addons like EBB because its customization is based around vertical buffs/debuffs display, which is very uncomfortable, since you will most likely need your debuffs displayed near health frame to notice them faster, and vertical orientation doesn't fit that.

I've been using DebuffFilter for a long time and it's fantastic.

Its nice, but actually I wanna see ALL debuffs on me, and DFilter only shows ones specified, but its a great addon!
