Unknown mysterious elegent bars

and i notice in the screen, there are 2 minimalistic bars at the very top and bottom, black in color with orange outline...

what is that addon called? it is really simplistic and i really want it!

Does it matter? Somebody wants to recreate that bar. kgpanels does it.

If it really matters, then I think it's kgpanels because we both know for a fact that his minimap border isn't dockingstation, nor is the panel behind his skada frame.

Looks like Dockingstation to me.

The minimap is pMinimap so its border is part of that. Skada is capable of making its own background and border as well.

That being said. Its more likely that its dockingstation though you can do the same thing with kgpanels.
