DAB - Bar 1 over everything else

Hi there.
I have a little problem with Discord ActionBars and its like this.
My Bar nr 1(Main bar in Dab) is always over anything else. Right now its over some of my slots in the bags. I have tried to find somewhere to change it in the settings but cant seem to find it anywhere. Hope you can help me out

click the button that says unlock bars and drag it anywhere you want.

make sure to relock the bar when you are done

Yes...thats not really a solution to my problem =)

Its that I dont want it to show over my bags. The other bars comes under the bags so they are not a problem. Just Bar nr.1(Main Bar in the settings)
