In the baggins configuration you can specify an option to display normal bank in addition to the baggins bank tab. You can then purchase additional bank slots and add your bags.

Cool thanks for the quick response. Yea I just did the combat filters upgrade. Is TinyToolTip fixed yet? I know the author was doing a big overhaul on it.
