Frames

I was wondering if someone could tell me how to change frames using buttons..

just whats the command? or if someone could make a mod (or addon i dont know ) thats has 2 frames (or pages again i dont know the correct term) so that first you type the command to bring it up.. i dont know.. erm.. /GK or something.. on entering /GK it brings up lets say Frame1 that has a button on it.. when you click the button it hides Frame1 and shows Frame2.. with close buttons on..

i realise im asking alot =/ but i've tried for ages and i cant figure it out..
