LUI - player - Fading Frame

good day
If a player not in combat, target frame, focus target frame disappears.
Please, how do I set the player frame fading.
I have downloaded http://www.wowinterface.com/download...-oUFFader.html , http://www.wowinterface.com/download...FBarFader.html , but it does not work, or I can not set
