show quest givesrs?

so ive been working on loremaster, i had a buddy set up my carbonite, since i hadnt used a quest thing before, and he turned off the show quest givers, he moved away, and ive got no way of knowing what he did, ive tried to figure it out, really i just need some help figure out what i need to do, to show what quests i have left, ive tried reseting it, thru the interface, but to no avail

if anyone can help i would be very greatful
