cellular infopanel

Hello I was wondering if anyone would care to make an infopanel for cellular the in game whisper manager the reasons I like cellular are because you can have separate tabs for differant conversations and because of the quick access add friend/ignore I'm busy buttons also because you can change the colors of your whispers and the people who whisper you.

I'll add it to my watch list. If someone doesn't pick it up when I finish my other projects I'll look into it. Bear in mind though that Scott is thinking of adding WIM like features into nUI at some point.
