Secure handlers for making party frames

Would of asked this on wow ui forums, but I'm eu based :S

Anyone know what the best method would be?

Create a handler that shows and hides on a (specific) party member joining and having the the relevant party frame as a child of it? Or via some other method?

Hm wonder if UnitWatch would work, or will that hide the frame if the players offline?
