casting bar and debuffs problem

Ok, I just started useing Mazzle and all it came with and I'm loving it. I am, however, having some trouble getting it to the feel I would like. My first problem is I can't seem to more or enlarge the dots I put up on my target. Currently the first two DOTs I cast are under my spell cast bar... which leads me to my next question. How do I move and enlarge my spell cast bar?
Any help would be appreciated.
