Chat Frames and Simple combat log Help!

Hi guys

i noticed in some UIs that you can setup different chat frames for Scl (like 1 for dmg taken and 1 for dmg done) even smaller then the wow defaulted minimum...
Anyone know how you can do this? is there any addon that lemme setup different minimum form of chat frames respect the wow minimum defaulted?
Even removin the texthead?

When you type "/scl show #" (# being the number of the chat frame you want to edit SCL for) just enable "Greater Resize" It allows you to shrink or enlarge the windows far beyond what the normal settings would.
