Mouseover Popups

What addon manages these popups? remazzled recently and want to set it to show the target of target. Thanks in advance and sorry as this has probably been answered somwhere.

"these popups" is a little vague, can you be more specific? are you talking about the info wondow, tot display, what?

Sorry by popups I mean when I mouseover another player and their name, guild, class, race and level come up. I'd like to be able to see their targets also.
