I was just woundring...
Would it be technically posible to create a in gameweb browser so you would be able to check site like Thottbot and Allakhazam IN GAME!

No. Can't be done. If you want to look at quests in game, get Lightheaded and TomTom. they lightheaded show the comments on quests from wowhead. TomTom is a waypoint mod that works with Lightheaded.

As a little informative extra (I've lost count of how many times I've said this, but it's a nice cover-all explaination), addons cannot communicate or interact with anything outside WoW, this is for your protection from things like password-stealers. Have a nice day!
