Timer problem

I have dissabled all the timer addons and reloaded the UI and still whenever I ...for example.. Feign death and get back up there is a timer bar that looks just like Quartz's bar that shows up right ontop of my toon. I can't see anything by my toon because of this. If I lay a trap then like 5 bars show up right on top of my guy for the trap cooldown. Please help me figure out what addon is doing this. I have disabled Quartz, Antagonist, cronometer, and hourglass... and it will still show up..

I am going crazy trying to get rid of those cooldown timers as well...Same problem...disabled all addons associated with cooldown timers and it keeps popping up right on top of my toon...can anyone help?

Timer bar addons:
Antagonist
Chronometer
Hourglass
Quartz (or its composite part that does it)

Are all of those disabled?

My guess is that you didn't do a clean install from 1.0 to 1.1 and are still running oCD.
