Border search

Currently I'm using STUF with a random media packet I've been adding to over time for textures/fonts
I want to place my mana bar off from my health bar and have the both of them bordered off with a 1pixel border
The only border I can find within this media pack, and there aren't many, is too thick
Even if I do use it I become unstuck as when I make one bar thin (like 3-4px high) the left and right partitions to the border carry on running up and down the sides of the bar, like the texture has a min of 10px displayed
Anyone know of any border TGA or this a shot in the dark?

See how the bars all have a very fine border?
I've tried using this add on packet but after doing a /reflux as the "How to" states and it does not display as it is in the pic
I've tried looking into the .lua file for Pitbull, being the UF add on, and adding the textures to my media pack but it does not look in the slightest how I want it to
