player frame scale

hi all
if i want to see my interface like this red part of this pic what addon i must use??
i want to see my frame scale like this & the buff & debuffs in
costume positions(like the rogue poison in the pic)

i used X-perl but i doesn't do what i want!!for example in the pic u don't see the player's name but X-perl will show it(

Discord Unit frames and Pitbull immediately come to mind for this. They are both heavily customizable unit frame mods.

the last version of Discord Unit frames is for 2.3.3!!!!!i can't use that

It still works fine from what ive seen. I did however provide a second option in pitbull which gets updated pretty regularly.
