need full help with tomtom (first timer with addons)

ok i have a pc windows xp. so here is my delima i want to get tomtom as an addon so i downloaded it by hitting save, saved it to desktop. then i went and clicked on tomtom and clicked extract files. i hit browse so i could extract it to addons in my world of warcraft folder. it got extracted there but idk what i am doing wrong b/c when i log in on wow i have nothing in lower left hand corner for addons in character list plz help

Your close, extract it again.. this time into the add-ons directory:
C:\Progra~1\WorldofWarcraft\interface\addons

tomtom is excellent
