Is it possible to set up a 2nd bar to use your function "F1..." keys?

I would imagine just rebind those keys for a second bar. This is assuming your using for example:
Bar1 1 thru = keys
Bar2 f1 thru f12

Should all be in your keybindings section in the games default options menu. Scroll down a bit and there are specific bartender bindings available. Not sure if any of those functions are fixed and unchangeable in the gamethough.
