Tinytip tooltip loc

Is there anyway to make the tooltip display just above where my clock and framerate is on the right hand side. tinytip gives several options of where to put the display but none of them are in a good spot. Is there any way to just drag it to where you want it rather than have to select top, top right, top left, ect.

Yes.

type /tinytip to bring up the menu and then under Anchoring Chose one that is somewhat close to where you want it. Probably BOTTOMRIGHT. then under Offset (X) and Offset (Y) adjust until you get it the spot you want.

I tried that but when i type in numbers in the X,Y it doesn't seem to move.

hit enter after you type in a number
