I recommend to run this mod by Turan along side KCI as it reduces UImem usage on mouseover of items.

That's a neat concept. I noticed on my priest I run around 0.5-0.8 kb/sec idle, but on my warrior it's 4-6 kb/sec which drives me nuts.

Apparently SKILL_LINES_CHANGED is called *A LOT* on my warrior. No mods I use registers for SKILL_LINES_CHANGED. Never occured to me to try and throttle the UI's default events.
