cannot see buttons/bars

I have upgraded to the latest version of dab, reloading all my UI after deleting the wtb and wtf folders.

The 1st 3 action bars appear no problem , but when I try to get rows 4-10 to show all i can see is a vertical yellow line, the line is ,moveable if I put a title bar on it and use the title bar to drag. But there are no buttons.

I had a look through the 1st 5 pages , so I apoligise if this has been asked in another thread.

Uncheck the Hide Empty Buttons and/or Collapse Hidden Buttons options in Basic Config.
