request help to install correctly ouf

i found this addon today

and i made download of 2zips 1called Ouf-1.3.19 and 2nd called 1250065454-oUF_Caellian_120809_r77

i made unzip and past in wow/interface/addons

afther that log in wow and activate addon

and when game ui appear nothing change.

can u make little tutorial i can put this addon work fine plz
