Not that I have seen as of yet. Since Blizzard provides it's own totem bar, they do not provide flyout spells directly but instead hardcode totem-specific flyout menus into the totem bar.
And since I do not play a shaman, I forgot about yata. That would probably be the best option for any shaman using an action bar addon since it has other useful features for shamans
