At the end on succesfull cast I have created a button which I placed ower the spell in actionbar so its incluckable for a period of time or untill target has the debuff drom the spell...
Sort of good solution, works fine, DPS somehow raised up because Im not casting spells which has no effect because the debuff already exists on target but instead casting other spells...
