DUF, also known as Discord Unit Frames, is a very unstable/outdated UnitFrame addon with alot of customization options.
Those unitframes for that video (with a very disturbing background sound clip) was most likely a custom layout for that.

Is there any updated addon that would do the trick? I mean an addon that could modify a particular part of the default blizzards unitframe without applying some fancy theme to it.
