Hey JP. I'm a prot-spec warrior, no other alts, so I can only provide input on that. I've checked through the warrior layout you've done and, from a tanking perspective, it covers most of the bases however Shield Wall is missing. This is one of the more critical skills and needs to be in the list somewhere. Given it's an all-stances ability, I'd consider putting it on the bottom-right bar as Slam/Shield Wall. Certainly, as prot, I've never had occasion to use Slam and I expect Shield Wall is of little use to ARMS/Fury Warriors...
Aside from that, all looks good. I'm, of course, assuming that there will be no Macros. Most tanks use things like a fear-dance macro (Berzerker - Berserker Rage - Defensive) etc.
